The message keeps saying "your wait may be 5 minutes or more". The first wait was 55 minutes. I spoke with someone for ~10 minutes. He confirmed I was doing everything else right, and said I need to talk with someone "more advanced". I've been on hold ever since. Everything else works. Everything else synchs, providing I do it manually. All my software is up to date. I've restarted, restored the iPhone, tried the dock instead of the cable, and tried a different usb drive with both. The only issue I have with it is that all your seperate calendars are combined on the iPhone. Makes things kind of messy. Give me a call and we can compare settings if you want.
